Pai Mu Dan, means “White Peony” and is our “go to” tea. Hangovers, detox, depression, boredom, all of the finer moments in life can be made just that much finer with a cup of this incredible white tea. Plenty of Silver Needles for those of you counting and big, broad leaves. It is withered briefly and fired, no intentional oxidation and shipped direct to us. Flavors are reminiscent of freshly baked bread, straw and honey. Grown at high elevation in Fujian province. Steep: 180° for 3 minutes. Multiple steepings.
