Yes, I know it says ‘Snail’ in the name and, Escargot aside (or not), that doesn’t lend itself to a gratifying cup. However, it is named for the shape, not the flavor, as many Chinese Teas are. If you are looking for the richest brew in our shop this may be it. The mouthfeel on this Tea is dense and rich and warm and soft and beautiful. Think a nice glass of Pommard on a crisp fall day.
