Â It undergoes the same fermentation regime as its cousin Rooibos and turns out a similar, if not a touch sweeter infusion. Â Named Honeybush after the future Bond Girl and because when in blossom the plants smell of Honey and have yellow flowers. As for health benefits, who cares? No caffeine and low tannin and terrific taste. Do we drink chocolate milk for the health benefits? Guiness? Sidecars? No. No, we do not. Maybe Guinness. Probably the best Iced Tea ever.
